Career Opportunities 

Registered Nurse (RN)

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides advanced nursing care, supervises LPNs, and ensures quality patient outcomes. RNs conduct assessments, IV therapy, ventilators, and complex wounds, perform blood draws, and offer specialized care for diabetic patients. They handle procedures like tracheostomy and colostomy care, feedings, post-operative recovery, and medication training, while monitoring critical patients to uphold high care standards.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers crucial nursing care under a Registered Nurse's supervision, following PHCP regulations. They assist with patient mobility, monitor conditions, perform care, administer injections, support feeding, and provide post-operative care. LPNs also educate clients on medication, diabetes management, and essential health practices.

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on support to enhance clients' comfort and well-being. Under the supervision of a nurse, CNAs assist with personal care, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition. They also ensure a clean safe environment while offering companionship and emotional support, playing a vital role in quality.

Clinical Director 

The Clinical Director ensures high-quality nursing and personal care while complying with regulations. They develop service plans, assess client needs, supervise nursing staff, records, monitor medication, and ensure proper training. Additionally, they take verbal, participate in policy development, and oversee care service efficiency, delivering safe and compassionate care through strong leadership.

Clinical Service Supervisor 

The Clinical Services Supervisor oversees daily healthcare operations, ensuring effective nursing and personal care delivery. They develop service plans, assess client needs, supervise CNAs and nursing staff, monitor, train new employees, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards. They also manage records, take verbal orders, and provide guidance to maintain high-quality care, fostering a supportive and efficient for clients and professionals.

Personal Care Asssistant

Patient Care Assistant (PCA) delivers personal care and services based on a patient’s care plan, prioritizing their comfort at home. They assist with daily activities like hygiene, dressing, eating, and ambulation, while also preparing meals and performing health-related tasks as directed by a nurse. Additionally, PCAs handle light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and environment.
